Pink Diamond Time:
Pink Diamond Time is a column by Fatima Zahra an 18 year old education major who lives and breaths fashion. Brought up in the heart of Pennsylvania Fatima recalls when she first started wearing hijab at a young age and how she wanted to find ways to be fresh, modern, trendy AND modest at the same time. She would put together outfits which were admired by many.
Recently she found herself in midst of Polyvore and had refueled a childhood talent. When given the opportunity to create modest fashion sets for IslamicGems, Fatima felt honored that her style stood out enough to be chosen. Now once a month Fatima combines her expertise in polyvore with her passion for modest wear and creates exquisite sets for IslamicGems.

Hijab Styling with Gabrielle:
Gabrielle Wines is IslamicGems hijab stylist. When she has free time from her studies in English and foreign language she plays with fabric, finding new ways to mix colors and wrap textures.
She was raised in Houston, Texas and loves the Texan life. As a revert to Islam she has been wearing the hijab since January of 2009, frequently coming up with styles for many different looks. Discovered on youtube she now does video tutorials for IslamicGems so you can learn new unique hijab styles as well.
